California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

Humanscale believes in the importance of international labor and human rights standards and is committed to lawful, ethical and fair business practices.
As Humanscale engages suppliers, we require that suppliers agree to conduct business in a socially responsible manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those that prohibit slavery and human trafficking, in the production of goods and services supplied to Humanscale. Humanscale will not knowingly support or do business with suppliers that treat workers improperly or unlawfully, without limitation, those that engage in slave labor, child labor or human trafficking of any kind.
We periodically survey our suppliers to confirm that they are operating in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and we reserve the right to inspect our suppliers’ facilities for compliance with such laws and regulations. We also reserve the right to terminate relationships with suppliers if they fail to adhere to the highest ethical standards or comply with laws and regulations applicable to their business.
